CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that life happens and schedules can change. Cancellations can be charged 50% - 100%. To be fair to all clients and respect my time, the following policy applies: - 48+ Hours Notice Cancel or reschedule with no fee. - 24–48 Hours Notice Cancel or reschedule within 24 to 48 hours of your appointment date & time and a 50% fee of the scheduled service will apply. - Less Than 24 Hours, Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will incur a 100% fee of the scheduled service. - Repeated Late Changes After two late cancellations, a non-refundable deposit will be required for all future bookings. - Provider Emergency Clause In the rare event that I need to reschedule due to caregiver responsibilities or an urgent medical situation, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available appointment that works for you. No fees will ever be charged to clients in these situations. - Important- All outstanding fees must be paid before rebooking. These policies help us accommodate clients on our waitlist and respect the time of our team. Thank you for respecting my time, my business, and my other clients’ appointments.
