This space was created for men and women who desire a clean, professional, and deeply comfortable grooming experience without judgment, without pressure, and without being rushed. Here, appointments are intentionally protected. You are not scheduled back-to-back. You are not moved in and out. You are seen. You are respected. You are cared for. We use high-quality products and gentle, intentional technique to deliver exceptional results while honoring your comfort. Everything we do is with excellence and intention giving God all the glory.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Time Protection Policy At Belt of Truth Aesthetics, every appointment is intentionally reserved with protected time. To honor both your schedule and mine, the following policy applies: 48+ Hours Notice Cancellations or rescheduling made 48 hours or more in advance incur no fee. 24–48 Hours Notice Changes made within 24–48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service fee. Less Than 24 Hours, Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or missed appointments will incur a 100% service fee. Repeated Late Changes After two late cancellations, a non-refundable deposit will be required for future bookings. Provider Emergency Clause In the rare event that I must reschedule due to caregiver responsibilities or an urgent medical situation, you will be notified promptly and offered the next available appointment. Clients are never charged in these circumstances. Outstanding Balances All fees must be resolved prior to rebooking. These policies allow me to protect the quality of care provided to each client and offer availability to those on the waitlist. Thank you for respecting this time and space.
